Don't like the scent? Exchange it for free and we'll send you another.

We are that confident that you will like one of our four home fragrances that you can exchange your fragrance diffuser in an unused condition, for another fragrance, up to three times and we will pay for the return postage each time.
Simply return the diffuser to us in its original packaging (untorn), send it to the return address below, take a picture of the receipt and send it to us in the email below. That easy! We'll have the postage cost returned to you within five days onto your original payment card or PayPal account. If you want a replacement diffuser sent to you to try, simply include the next choice in the email with the receipt and we'll send it onto you free of charge to the original postal address.

Unsatisfactory condition? Send it back to us right away and we'll pay the postage.

Should any of our Fifth Sense London Products arrive to you in a condition that is unsatisfactory, or you are unhappy with our product, please return the damaged or unsatisfactory item to the address below, take a picture of the postage receipt and send to the support email below. We will process your return within five working days onto the original payment card or PayPal account. No questions, no quibbles.
